If I download, will they charge me later? Or keep pushing upgrades?
We want to remain as bootstrap because we understand how important is your personal information is for you. We assure you there will be No hidden charges, no ads. Just your property details in one secure place.
What are TND Listings’ charges for property management?
Our charges are straightforward and transparent. • Property Management Fee: Nill ✅ (No monthly management charges for owners) • Leasing / New Tenant Placement Fee: • Option 1: One month’s rent (service fee at the time of leasing) • Option 2: Monthly service fee, billed annually • Additional Services (optional): Repairs, deep cleaning, legal documentation etc. are charged at actual vendor cost with no hidden markup.
